This is a community based project to enhance facilities in the Ballycanew and Ballyoughter areas of Wexford. All roads lead to the Ashdown Park Hotel and tickets are on sale from 28th March.
Teacher, Eibhlís O'Brien, brought this fundraiser to her school having seen the event raise €30,000 for a hall committee in her home village of Cooraclare. Under the leadership of school principal, Miriam Kennedy, this will be the event of the year in Birdhill, the Tipperary village which won the 2017 National Tidy Towns award.
The newly formed LARC has some incredible plans in mind starting with the complete refurbishment of Loughrea Town Hall in association with Galway Co Council. Please come and support this fantastic local initiative.
Wow, exciting times ahead for Thurles Tennis Club. They have the go-ahead for 6 new indoor clay courts in what will be a centre of excellence in their town. This will put tennis on the map in the town and will be the biggest indoor tennis arena in Munster.
